The artist and researcher Jyrki Siukonen’s artwork Stuttering Modernist Shit is a assemblage created for the toilet wall of the house. The humorous artwork creates the text KAKKAKAKAKANKANDIDINDINKSKSSKY, as if someone tried to stutter out the artist Wassily Kandinsly’s name. At the same time a so called toilet word is spelled our, hence the placement in the toilet of the house. The work is commenting, with Siukonen’s well known sense of humour, Jan-Erik Andersson’s stuttering and his complex relationship to modernism.
