Life on a Leaf House as a meeting place
Companies, associations and other groups can hold meetings in the building for up to one day (until 7 pm), always including a presentation of the building (60 min). A discussive meeting can comfortably accommodate 15 people and a seminar or symposium up to 25 people. A flat screen TV with a HDMI cable is available for use during meetings. A PA-system, a video projector and and projection screen are also available, but we kindly ask visitors to notify us in advance if these are needed for a meeting.
Meetings are held on the 1st floor of the building. The two upper floors are reserved as the home and workplace of the artist or researcher in residence.
A catering service can be booked. The kitchen in the house cannot be used for cooking by visitors, but it is possible to make coffee and tea for meetings.

Åbo Akademi
Life on a Leaf Association has an agreement with Åbo Akademi University, which entitles its departments, research groups and projects to organise seminars, workshops, meetings, discussions or other one-day (daytime) events in the Life on a Leaf building without any separate charge to the users. The event always includes a presentation of the Life on a Leaf building and the works it contains (60 min).
Users of Åbo Akademi University are also requested to make reservations at info@lifeonaleaf.fi and to mention that they are reservations for ÅA staff.
Coffee and food services, catering and related arrangements and costs will be agreed separately.
